Online Access Features and Requirements

- Subscriber receives institution-wide online full text access to current subscription and all back issues (since 2003).

- If a subscription is not renewed, access to contents till last subscription remains for two years after cancellation.

- Subscriber’s IP range is required. Please contact the publisher (publishing@iseis.org) for online access form.

- Subscriber will be notified by email as soon as online access is activated.

Conditions of Sale

  1. All subscriptions must be pre-paid. The journal is supplied on a calendar-year basis. Prices and publication dates are subject to change without notice. It is a ISEIS policy not to publish unannounced volumes during the subscription period, except in circumstances beyond our control.

Cancellations

  1. Cancellations for the unfulfilled part of JEI are only accepted until 31 March of the current subscription year.

Claims

  1. Claims for missing issues will be met, free of charge, if made within six months of the date of dispatch. In the year following publication, institutional subscribers may purchase replacement copies at 45% off the published price.

Address Changes

  1. Please notify the publisher (publishing@iseis.org) promptly of address changes, mentioning both the old and new address, your subscriber number(s) and a complete list of the volumes ordered.

Back Issues

  1. Back-issue prices are available on request from the publisher (publishing@iseis.org). Subscribers may order back issues at a 10% discount. Return shipments for ordered and paid back volumes, single and special issues are not accepted.

Methods of Payment

  1. - Check or Money Order

  2. Payable to "ISEIS", and enclosed with the order form in one envelope.

  3. Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Payment by credit card will be charged in Canadian dollars. Please include card number, expiration date, and signature of the cardholder. Incomplete credit card information will delay processing.

  4. - Wire transfer

  5. Wire transfers should be made in Canadian dollars. An additional CAD$10.00 fee per transfer is required. Please add CAD$10.00 to the total amount of subscription fee to be sent. Please put the date of transfer and any reference information on the order form.
